You can download (most of) the Zendesk video library below.

• Product focused videos
• Customer focused videos
• What's Good Series

1. Simply select the video you want, and choose Download from the Video Actions menu.

2. Then, select Original file.

Embed

If you need to embed a video that's already hosted on Wistia, submit a ticket to Creative. If you're embedding on zendesk.com, the Web team can help you out.

Captions

Embedding a videos with captions will work just fine, but they won't come with your download. If you need captions (that are already on Wistia) burned into an mp4 for a live experience, submit a ticket to Creative.
